Have you ever wanted to do a double-sided print and cut? For example, cutting out a greeting card with the front and inside both printed at the same time or making 2 sided care tags.
This is something I’ve been trying to figure out for a while now. I used to just make 2 cutouts and then glue them together. I have also tried folding objects down one side and again adding the glue. The problem with this method is that it gets bulky and glue can warp the paper.
After thinking on this topic for a long while, I have finally figured out how to print on both sides of the page and have everything line up.
Now the biggest obstacle is making sure I feed the paper into the printer correctly. Trust me, this took me some time before I finally made myself a little cheat sheet reminder. Now my double-sided print and cut projects work like a charm every time!
I’m going to walk you through the process of setting these up in Silhouette Studio and learning how to work with your printer to get the job done.
